Does everyone have to eat the same thing?

The research conducted for the Better Together project shows that sharing the same meal is associated with eating together more frequently. When families try to cater to individual tastes by cooking separate meals for each individual, mealtimes tend to become a chore and we see a shift to eating fewer meals together.
