#8: Octopus Mom
Scenario:
As a parent, you are multi-tasking and trying to accomplish several things at the same time. You make sure you prepare home-made foods for your family. Once food is ready, you grab a quick bite and usually fold the laundry or do some other household chore while the kids are finishing eating.
Suggestions:
It is OK to slow down. Sitting down to eat with your family is an important priority. Everything else can be organized around it. Your kids may even want to help you fold the laundry after eating.
